Over a decade, Stella H Howell,a critique, and founder of ‘Eco Trace - Society Well-being’ observed the urgent need for Reform in several vital areas that effect peoples lives.

 

In April 09 (prior to the Parliamentary/House of Lords/House of Commons//MP’s UK & EU scandal)

Eco Trace - Society Well-being, a not for profit organization with the following relevant

Memorandum of Association was established :

 

Clause 3.1 “the Company’s objectives are to improve the well-being of HUMAN society i.e.

Human beings in the broadest terms ….”

 

3.2 To  obtain funding from Government to assist Politicians, introduce Credible democracy, whether or not through Policy.

 

In accordance with the above, we hereby introduce a central point for :

 

 The People & Parliamentarians to commence Reform and transparency.

 

Capability/Visionary/Dedication

 

1983  - With the announcement of the first case of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) the               founder volunteered to help research, analyse and investigate into the causes.

1985 -  Self funded investigations, lead to identification of errors of analysis by MAFF.

           The founder predicted transmission to humans. This was refuted by government,

            Special committees, industry etc.etc.

            We now have Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD).

1986 -  Genetically engineered food, labelling, microbiology, etc.etc which are on going.
